Orange County Office for a Drug Free Community’s ‘Parent Involvement’ campaign is a great example of how a local coalition utilized statewide creative for their local multi–media campaign.
The radio and on-line streaming ads that were already airing statewide fit perfectly with their ‘Parent Involvement’ theme. Orange County simply changed out the end of the spots with their local web address vs. the State’s. Airing the two campaigns simultaneously helped to build frequency for the message in Orange County.
In addition, Clear Channel helped Orange County design matching billboards, web banners and posters to compliment the radio and purchase the media for them meeting the exact requirements of grant dollars the coalition had received.
